Sealock are pleased to announce our new range of FOLCO REACT PUR Reactive Hot Melts are now available in the UK.
Our FOLCO REACT grades have 100% solids content and maintain their physical strength upon cooling, followed by chemical cross-linking with moisture from air and the substrate to be bonded. The performance spectrum and the special property profile of polyurethane hot melts means they are used in a variety of industries including: automotive, wood and furniture, filters, abrasives, panels, flat lamination, and technical textiles.
Reactive PUR hot melt adhesives offer the following benefits over EVA hot melts:
- Broad adhesion spectrum to a wide range of substrates
- High initial strength
- Excellent temperature and water resistance
- Compatible with a wide variety of application processes (roller, spray, nozzle, etc.)
